DNS Server with Cpanel

My partner and I are now using Cpanel to set up a hosting biz. We'd like to set up our own Nameservers so our clients can use them instead of the ones provided by our Dedicated provider.

I'm wondering if anyone here would be willing to help me set this up as I'm not sure of the step to take. I already have a few sites live on the server so I don't want to do it by trial and error and risk knocking these domains offline.

If you're willing to help a newbie out, it'd be greatly appreciated!
