DNS Zone Add -> Not displayed at CPanel Accound / Can't add addon-domain

Hello.
First, sorry for my english.

I readed 10 pages of search with keywords: "DNS Zone whm Cpanel". Not found answer.

What i have:

• Reseller's WHM & CPanel Accound.
• Dedicated Server(not as Root)
• WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.1-S14304
• CentOS 4.5 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0


What i want:

• Domain added throught WHM -> Add Zone for user luerssen, that i can see & use at addon domains in cpanel, when i logged as luerssen


Problem:

• All works fine except: that i can see & use at addon domains in cpanel, when i logged as luerssen; I dont see added domain at my cpanel accound (but still can edit zone throught WHM)


What i found:

• I can see added zone in Subdomain module, when i logged in cpanel as luerssen


P.S. Ask for any question related to help with my problem, i will answer in short time

P.P.P.S. Can someone give me link to explanation of cpanel/users/<account_file> directives ? Thanks very much.

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I had that problem when adding an addon domain inside the user's cpanel (2082).

SSH into the serve and remove anything related to that domain (and subdomains) in these files, if any:

/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/localdomains
/etc/userdomains
/var/cpanel/users/luerssen

Check in the dns zone of luerssen domain if there is any subdomain related to the addon domain and check /var/named/ and /etc/named.conf for anything related to the domain that you are trying to add and remove.

After doing that I sugest that you update to the latest CURRENT version, this should have the fix for this problem.

I believe the directive speak for themselfs:

IP=the ip configured for this account on the server
STARTDATE=the date (in timestamp) that this account was created
DNS=the main domain for this account
RS=the skin
OWNER=the owner/reseller
PLAN=the hosting plan that was defined for this account
MAXFTP=max ftp accounts
HASCGI=use cgi directory
BWLIMIT=monthly bandwidth limit in bytes
MAXSQL=max mysql and postgres database
MAXPOP=max e-mail accounts
MAXLST=max e-mail lists
MAXPARK=max parked domain
MAXADDON=max addon domain
FEATURELIST=the feature list to use
MAXSUB=max subdomain
SUSPENDTIME=the date (in timestamp) that this account was suspended
LANG=the language for cpanel
DNS1=this has the addon domains and subdomains for this account, this will start from 1 and go up, DNS2...DNS3..etc
