DNS Zones not showing in WHM

I have a strange issue with DNS on this server. Basically, no new accounts are being created, and the create account function isn't working. No error. When I create a DNS Zone in WHM, it's says it's created, but nothing shows in "Edit Zone". But when I SSH in and go to /var/named I see the zone file called: domain.com.db. Also, there is a directory called chroot which then goes to chroot/var/named with all of the localdomain.zone localhost.zone files. And the ones in /var/named are symlinked here. I guess my question is why is cPanel not detecting any Zone entries and showing them in WHM and why can't I create new accounts. It's very strange...

PS: the /etc/named.conf is red, yellow and blue all over. WHen the text should all be white. Does this indicate something is wrong?

on shell as root try:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/named stop
/etc/rc.d/init.d/named start

Check if there are any errors.

I add a DNS Zone in WHM. It says it's added, but nothing shows in /var/named and nothing gets added to /etc/named.conf. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Fixed. Ran Repair a Perl Script in WHM on iContact.PM and another script that wasn't working.
