DNS Zones shows empty

Hi my edit dns zone in whm shows up empty even though I have created a few accounts through it. the domain.db files and named.conf are all intact, its just that they are not editable through whm any solutions?

I have this problem also.
/scripts/rebuildnamedconf did not help

the problem for me was resolved after I've upgraded Cpanel through whm

I also performed /scripts/upcp --force and seems it helps.

bad problem though, almost all my sites that used NS server went down
