Use the mailscanner installation from layer1.cpanel.net. Works great.

    about mailscanner:
    1) It had bugs where it would fail, which caused exim mail delivery to stop working. We dont want to risk that again.

    2) It is incredibly cpu-intensive and we dont want that extra load placed on our servers.

    What to do?

Anything that scans each incoming email is going to cause an invrease in server load.

Its bvioiusly up to you, but I have no issues with mailscanne at all.
