    Default domain & account renaming disabled

    it seems that I cant rename a username or domain in cp11 as it says it's disabled. is there any alternative ?

    Is the account you are trying to rename currently suspended?

    i checked it on suspended and unsuspended accounts both, but it says :

    "Sorry, changing a user's name is temporarily disabled"
