Domain Changed IP but not reflect ?
Hello, and thank to WHM/cPanel team for good work !
Im facing wierd issue here.
We have assign dedicated ip to on of our client.
It show the new ip in the httpd.conf and into WHM List Account.
I checked DNS entry and new ip is as well there.
We have been waiting two day in case of .. but still not working.
Plus when he go to his domain he have cPanel default.
What's wrong ?
Please help !
Well, i should have check this before, but client do not use the correct dns.
So when i go to the Dedicated ip i can see his domaine.
Since he use custom dns of course him domain does not reflex new ip untill he update manualy his record.
Can close this
You can always confirm this by the following command.
dig @server_IP domain.com
