Domain missing from EMail forwarders

I have some multihosted domains that I have setup manually i.e mydomain.com is pointing to public_html/domains/mydomain instead of public_html/mydomain.I am having the problem that all those domains that are setup manually are not appearing in CPanel > Email Forwarders. i.e I am unable to create forwarders for those domains.
Any suggestions that where should I make thier entries so that they appear in CPanel > Email Forwarders keep in mind that all domains that I have setup manually are running.

I have tried by adding entries in userdomains,localdomains, valiases,vdomainaliases but nothing happened.The domains are still missing from Email Forwarders.
