Domain Not Available for Plesk Transfer

We have been transferring more and more customers lately from Plesk to cPanel and I have to say first off that the cPanel transfer tool is GREAT, it has really made my life a lot easier.

However I came across something the other day that I have not yet seen and I am hoping someone can help me.

We have one guy that we have been slowly migrating, one or two domains at a time, from his Plesk box to his new cPanel box for sometime now.

Last night he gave me a list of accounts to transfer. When the cPanel transfer tool lists the domains on the other box it does not list this domain at all.

This domain is an actual domain (not a parked domain or anything) with it's own account on the cPanel, and it just does not even show up to let me select it.

Any ideas?

cPanel has a free transfer assistance, you might give it a try for the problematic account. http://www.cpanel.net/products/cpwhm...nsfer-asst.htm
