Domain pointer and Domain Parking

I am still new to Cpanel. I need more information on the Dns Functions in the WebHosting Manager... I have 3 question , I think they could be useful for all newsbie to cpanel.

1) What I have to do to create a subdomain for my master domain name ?

2) What I have to do if a client want to add a domain forwarder to his currect domain subdictory ?
For example he has http://domain.com/ and he want redirect his new domain name domain2.com to http://domain.com/domain2
.Is it possible and which is the procedure ?

3) What I have to do if a client wants a domain pointing IP . For example he has http://www.domain.com with ip address
http://69.69.100.100 , and he wish to point a new domain for example http://www.domain2.com towards http://69.69.100.100.
What I have to do to set this via WHM ?
