domain transfer issue

I have two accounts that I am moving from one server to another, both servers are cpanel in the same DC

the transfer of the first account went flawlessly, that account had a domain like www.domainname.com

the second account is www.demo.domainname.com, it's a seperate account from the above account using a sub-domain. When I try to transfer it I receive this error:

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?)

Account creation failed.. cannot continue..
Extract Failed
Invalid Account


Anyone have any ideas? neither domain has been set up on this server anytime before AND I receive the same error message now if I try to create a new account using that same domain name. I checked the httpd.conf and can find no mention of demo.domainname.com

The subdomain entry transfers with the main account thats why you are getting this error. You need to edit your httpd.conf and remove the entry for the subdomain, then transfer over and re-add the entry.
