Dont let me delete forwarders in cpanel

hello all,

i have a issue wierd, i try delete mail forwarder in cpanel...i try delete and as if it had been properly removed.. but the forwarder again appear,... not show error.. i try change between skin x and x3 and same error... try upcp --force and dont fix.. only can delete if delete on /etc/valiases but need delete with cpanel :S

yes bro, but not let delete, i try with IE, Firefox and chrome.. same result...

Weird, you run a recent'ish version of cpanel? A upcp --force never hurt anything....


The other suggestion would be check the cPanel log and see what it says, you may find something useful there.

i have the last version of cpanel, and yeah , i view logs but don't return error. That is the most wierd ,,, seems and show message of forwarder deleted... but not, appear again..

problems with permissions on:

/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/mail/fwds.html

correct permissions and works!

camposomar did say that the problem was caused by incorrect permissions on /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/mail/fwds.html, so hopefully the directory listing from a known-working server may be helpful.
