    I keep getting emails of drive is almost full.

    Login to your box and run this command at the prompt:

    find / -size +10240k

    This command will look in root folder for all files larger than 10 MB.

    You can decide on what files to delete and free some space on your server. Otherwise, you can purchase and mount another HD and move big sites to it.

    Yes. They're clearly what are causing the problem and are safe to delete.

    Since you are not sure what files to delete and/or keep, I suggest you hire a sys admin to clean up and polish your server, technically speaking.

    You can delete the core files:
    rm -rf core.2*

    But that won't free much space.

    I'm having the same problem

    / usage = 100% and i cant find ANYTHING wrong..

    If you have gone through this thread and can't find the issue yourself, it's really time to hire a sys admin to resolve the issue for you.

    There are plenty around, check the ad forums for people from this board.
