I have a customer that is receiving two of every email. When an email is sent to him he will get a copy of the exact same email about 3 or 4 minutes later (sometimes timestamped as late as 10 mins later).
I thought it was pretty obvious that his POP was disconnecting or that he was doing a leave emails on server. I asked him and he does not have leave emails on server set.
After further back and forth with the client it appears that two copies of each email even show up in webmail, so this is not a pop delivery issue but some soft of Exim issue.
I did a force Exim re-install but same issue.
There is only one customer reporting this on this server and the server is running cPanel 11.
