Duplicate HTTP.CONF entries

Why is is that everytime I create a user I get 3 identical lines in the httpd.conf file: That seems a bit redundant.

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/username/public_html/cgi-bin/
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/username/public_html/cgi-bin/
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/username/public_html/cgi-bin/

I've noticed them too and at times I do go through the httpd.conf to clean them out, but I don't think they do any harm.

These duplicated lines are created after each installation of buildapache.sea

We wrote a Perl script to remove these double lines (usually aliases)

But they are nothing important, except the size of httpd.conf
