E-Commerce Server (Interchange) Error

We have E-Commerce Server (Interchange) error in last version of cpanel.
E-Commerce Server (Interchange) isnt working.
Adn we have about 250 e-mails about error in server e-mail in a day.
What must we do?

The interchange not restart and all the time is down, I reinstall it and work but if restart again is faliled

Yeah especially with the hostility tha Interchange displays, I wouldn't want to go with them.

Interchange also says they are intended to be run on ONE server, and not shared with many domains since it's resource intensive.

Seems Interchange is becoming obsolete. Time to move on to osCommerce... Thanks for your updates.

how does osCommerce work?

is ther any way to have it in CPanel in the future? or do I nedd to install outsinde the cPanel
