A E-mail Filtering Feature Can Reduce SPAM

Hi,
i was wondering if there's a option to download a filter list from "E-mail Filtering" in cpanel and upload it to another domain cause no one would like to recieve 100's of mails selling you those "cheap meds".

Any idea how do i implement this in all of my hosted websites ?
