    Default E-Mail Piping (Forwarding)

Hi. On a forum for ostickets, it says to do this to get the piping to their program running correctly... In what file can I add this? Thanks.

    Hello,

Just to note that if your using cpanel you need to set the pipe up like this..

    support@yourdomain.com: |/home/etc/etc/etc/automail.pl

    NOTE THE : after yourdomain.com

You can do so by creating a Forwarder in cPanel. Just put the pipe line in the field that email is forwarded to.

Edit the entry in /etc/valiases for the domain you are working with.
