e-mails from cron daemon and root

I receive about 20 e-mails or more daily from my server (Cron Daemon and root). That's very confused. How can i configure the server, that i receive not more than one or two e-mails daily?

depends on what exactly are sending in the mails, and how you have configured the server.

you can change the root mails at the Mail Preferences Option at WHM.
