easyapache issue

Hi

I try to build new apache with easyapache but return same an error

"Error has occurred, please make sure that apache is running and restartable"

and in the log the last rows are:

Was Apache already working before you run easyapache? Try a cPanel update (don't think so it will fix) and see if it fix the issue. If not have someone look into it (hosting company) as without logging into the server, no one here will be able to provide you the exact solution for this particular issue.
