EasyApache is stuck on a build...

I'm using EasyApache to do a new build through WHM.

It's been stuck on:

! Downloading '/var/cpanel/perl/easy/Cpanel/Easy/PHP5/3_3.pm.patch.tar.gz' !

Checking that all packages are present and up to date.

for two hours now...what should I do?

Please check for the following:

ps aux|grep rpm
ps aux|grep yum

If there are multiple processes that were previously hanging, it won't be able to check for packages. You'd want to stop easyapache, kill off all yum and rpm processes, then try in root SSH:

yum clean all
yum update

To see if both run. If they do not, then please provide the error message(s).

OK, that actually worked and both ran fine and the update was downloaded and installed.
