Edit DNS Zone / Carp Error

Running WHM 10.6.0, and I can not get features such as Edit DNS Zone to function. Nothing happens when that option is clicked. Examining /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log shows this error every time I try the Edit DNS Zone option...

Goto undefined subroutine &Carp::longmess_heavy at /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.2/Carp.pm line 98, <$wwwacct_fh> line 5.

perl -v reports: v5.8.0

Any clues on how to resolve this error? I tried to fake it out by putting a symlink to point /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.2 to /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 but it didn't resolve the error. There is/was no /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.2 directory on this box.
