edit package not completely working?

I modified a couple packages of mine. On the first package I edited, it showed all the accounts that it changed. The second time I went to go edit a package, it just said that it edited the package and that was that...it didn't show any of the accounts that had that package or anything. Is there a way to fix this? I am trying to change the bandwidth on a bunch of accounts with the same package and it still shows the old bandwidth.

Is this a bug?
