Hello serversignature and cPanelDavidG

Log rotate deleted the logs and unfortunately I do not have the logs to analyze now.

The problem also happens when I suspend or enable sites.

No high load.

These operations (editing package, change the package of an account or suspend or enable sites), just down the server and often even the server stops responding to ping.

Another interesting fact is that often it happens with sites that are not suspended or modified (upgrade / downgrade the package) a long time.

Taking into consideration that this type of operation (activate or suspend resellers), edit package, execute a mass operations (in various sites).

I will reiterate, loading the server is not high.

Only break the server. ( freeze )

Thank you
Konrath

Log rotation should be archiving files, not deleting them. The logs should be in (wherever the logs would normally be)/archive

I recommend submitting a support ticket so our technical analysts can run a strace and diagnose what is causing the server to hang: http://tickets.cPanel.net
