    Default Email Account Backup

    I'm a reseller
I'm facing a problem while changing webhost company....

I can d/l all file of HTTP and Email from FTP, backup MySQL
but I cannot copy the email account and the password to the new host
(The email account is create by my customers, so I don't know the password)
The method now I'm using is... re-create the email in new webhost company with default password
but my customers need to update the password themselves,

    this seems unreasonable....

Is there any method of moving email account to another webhost company?

P.S. The webhost company is not provide SSH for my client CPanel...
only the main account can use SSH.

If your moving to your own server, suggest using the 'Move accounts from Server' option in WHM. If not, request for the server admin to enable this function in your WHM account and move each account from the old server to your new server.
