    Question Email accounts - locked out

    A user has several addon domains on their hosting account. They have several email addresses for each domain and a few of them will not allow you to login/receive email.

    Web Mail says Login Attempt Failed! and Outlook keeps popping up asking for the correct password.

    We have reset the password and run fix mail/db command. We have also deleted the email accounts and recreated them. All with no luck.

    This only seems to be a problem with a few email accounts and their other email accounts work correctly.

    Any idea on a fix or other users who have faced this problem?

    What version of WHM/cPanel are you running as there have been (relatibely) recent fixes for such problems?

    Well, that should be OK. I'd suggest logging it with cPanel in bugzilla if it's something that you can reproduce.
