Email Address Trace dont work

Hi there,

i got a little problem : the Email Address Trace thing dont work ?? it simply shows the destination email address but no mailserver etc. ? do i need to allow Email Address Trace or tweak etc ??

Tracing a local email or off server email? Try an off server email address. Works fine here.

Tracing an email address, local or off-server does not seem to work. Am using the latest RELEASE build, 10.8.1-R30. What are you using, Infopro?

Is there any updates on this from Cpanel? I notice there was another thread on this.

Email Address Trace doesn't work
