Email Configuration

I would like to know how i can configure my cpanel to forward emails. I wish to set up the email account "gofthick@n-central.com" and configure it to forward to n-central@gmail.com. I have scanned the cpanel basic set up and i cant find any possible options, could anybody please help?

Log into your cpanel, click on the mail management icon ( this depends on what skin your using ) and you should see an option for "email forwards" or "Forwards", etc. You can set it up here.
