Default Email Filtering option in Cpanel (.filter file)

Using a hosted server running cpanel. I am used to .procmailrc file to filter, but new host does not have that.

I have already created some filters using the .filter file VIA cpanel and I have these done by a specific word in the body of the e-mail message. I want to keep the filtering on the mail server side.

I would like to further filter that by adding a "from" filter.
So...the filter I would like to set up would be:

incoming email from or contains "user@domain.com" and message_body contains "message" then forward to user@domain.com.

Is this possible? Am I missing something easy?
