    Default email format

    i have one customer who wishes to receive his emails in plain text or rtf format for archiving. is there a way i can enable this function for him?

    The server will receive the mail in plain text (except for uuencoded binary attachments). As far as the message goes, his E-Mail client is what interprets the mail to be in various formats. If you use a plain simple e-mail client, you would see all the e-mails in plain text.
