    Default Email Handling Questions

    1) With the cPanel4 automatic forwarding feature, a copy of
the message is retained locally. Is there any way to set up
forwarding so a local copy is not saved? Can the end user
    control this?

    2) Currently with both forwarding and SpamAssassin turned on,
mail that is forwarded does not go through SpamAssassin. Is
there any way to cause SpamAssassin tagging to happen BEFORE
forwarding, so both the local copy and the forwarded copy can
    benefit from SPAM tagging?

    3) Is there any way to expose more forwarding control to the
end user, i.e. allow the user to create something similar to a
.procmailrc, providing finer-grained control (i.e. forward mail
from this address but not from that one)?

    4) Does cPanel4 support Procmail?

    Thanks in advance

JHG, your question is four months without answer. Sorry, I also don't know the answers.

Your questions are still very relevant. I was wondering if you or any other forum member have figured it out yet?

I'm glad someone else thinks the questions are
important! Anyone have any insights on these questions?

for 1 and 2, use forwards on aliases not actual pop emails, this way the email will be forwarded but not saved locally.
