Email issue

Problem after client signs up using an email address form the domain he just signed up. Seems that the server sends the welcome email to his box on server and not to his current server. How do I get the server to send outside the box so this does not happen again?

You can't really.. once the site is created on the server and the DNS added to your machine, its going to use the local DNS to send mail. I dissallow people from using emails associated with thier hosted domains on my accounts.
