Anyone else is having this problem or is it only me?

Just upgraded to last version. Running /scripts/convertmails5 doesn't solve it, and neither does unparking the domain and parking it again.

We've had people resetting their forwarders (or creating POPs) for their parked or pointed domains via their cps all day long, since the conversion killed off the automatic filtering that exim used to do.

If you want the old behavior, just remove the password and shadow files from the /home/&user&/etc/parkeddomain dir and link it with the ln command to the one in /home/&user&/etc
Ah ok, I understand now.
Thank you both![]()

I tried this, but the autofiltering is not working again. I tried the /scripts/restoremail script and it remove the /etc/parkdomain/passwd and shadow files. How do I get the auto filtering to work again? This is causing my pager to go nuts!
Thanks!

I can't get this to work either.
I have created the symbolic links as suggested, but all mail sent to parked domains still ends up in the master mailbox.
Is there something else we need to do, apart from creating symbolic links to the passwd and shadow files, to turn the autofiltering back on for a parked domain?
Many of my clients use parked domains for .net/.com/.org etc. versions of the same &domain&. Autofiltering seems ideal for this, rather than having to create a forwarder for every parked domain for every mailbox. The new system seems to me to be better suited for &add-on& domains than it does for ordinary parked domains.

Sorry for being daft, but when you say autofilters and autofiltering, are you meaning the mail forwarders or the spam filters etc?
The first, sort of. Before the upgrade, if you parked or pointed a secondary domain at a master, mail for user@parkeddomain.com would filter to the user@masterdomain.com mailbox if that mailbox existed and to the default mailbox if &user& was an undefined mailbox. Quite handy.
