This is generally a propogation issue. The mail is most likely ending up on the old server. To check, log into the users old cpanel at oldserver.hostname.com/~username and take a peek in webmail. You'll probably find all that missing mail there.

Hi,
This is not a porpagation issue. It is happening for more than 3 weeks.
Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Hi,
in server1 do the following
vi /etc/localdomains
delete the entry for your domain here and save it.
Now try sending and see.

check if the domain is still existing on your server1. it shouldn't be as its been moved.
as recommened by chakky try /etc/localdomains. At times when you delete your domain, it still is there in localdomains. This happened to me some 2 months back on 2 servers when we moved accounts and had to manually delete domains from localdomains file.

The above dot is suppose to be there and then press enter. Post the results here.
You didn't reply about the domain existing on the server1 ??

Make sure it's not there (again). The updateuserdomains and other scripts will regenerate that file. If there's still an entry for that domain in the /var/cpanel/users/username file, it will regenerate it under certain conditions. Also, check your local DNS (/etc/named.conf) and /etc/hosts file to ensure it's not listed there as well.Originally posted by shann
