Email problems - how to set up a relay server for outbound email ?

Hi

I recently moved our accounts from another server using whm and I think I've successfully set up the dns zones on the new server and at the registrar to point to the new ip addresses and nameservers.

Everything seems to work properly except email and on site email in particular (from forms etc) - I've checked our provider's faqs and they say that all outbound email from our server must use a relay server. I've looked within whm and I can't find anything to suggest that a relay server is in use or not (mail services restart ok and are up) or how to set up the server to use this relay server for outbound email.

Any suggestions and help will be appreciated.
