Note that quota usage is cached in the cPanel interface. To refresh the data to more accurately reflect current disk consumption, follow these steps:

    1. Login to the cPanel interface and under the Files section click Disk Space Usage.
    2. Below the section labeled Disk Usage Summary, you will see a Actions... drop-down box on the right side of the screen.
    3. From the Actions... drop down box, select Clear File Usage Cache
    4. The total reflected in the Disk Usage Summary section of that screen should now accurately reflect the disk space actually being consumed by that account.
