email redirects

Hi I have used cpanel for a while now and never seem to have solved this problem.

If I have emails on an account that has limited space is there a way of deleting the emails automaticaly from the server when they get redirected to another email.

some clients just dont want to use outlook and send large files in thier email and never delete their mail so this builds up and the account gets full??????

You can turn on the "Mail Box Usage Warnings" in the WHM tweak settings.

In the mail rule that directs the message to another email, after that, have another action to discard the message.
