Email route problem
Hello everybody,
I have a small problem with my customer email. This customer's website is in my server, emails are purchased elsewhere and the nameserver services are provided by third party. I have done normally cPanel - account for this customer. But if my server to send email to this customer, it will not ever go through. Not another e-mail account (which is my server) or the website feedback form. What should I do that I get emails to work in my server. This customer does not want to move the nameservers or emails in my server. ![]() ![]() ![]() Best Regards, Timgles |

Not working....
There will be only the sender and "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" "The mail server could not deliver mail to test@notshow.com. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries." Are there any other ideas? |
