    Default Email from Specific Domain not being delivered

    Hello,

    This is driving me crazy, and I hope someone would be able to help me figure it out.

    For the last email, I've been trying to get an email from ModernBill (the company - not install), and every email that they've tried to email me information, etc, hasn't gone through at all.

    Spam Assassin is not enabled, and I can't find it at all on the server. I've tried via regular Outlook, and I've tried via WebMail... nothing.

    But email coming to my main email address from Jennifer the Accounts Manager is coming through fine.

    They want my MB account email to go to the server, and not via a personal email address (I wish they would).

    I have a 3 month credit on my account, but I can't login to my lease account in order to add it to my current lease. :/

    Anyone have any suggestions in why its doing this?? She hasn't received any returned email or anything (so its not being rejected or anything on the server, etc).

    Because every other email coming through to those accounts that we've tried comes in fine - just not from @modernbill.com

    grep @modernbill.com your exim_mainlog to see if it infact made it to your server and if you had an error it will tell you

    There's nothing in any of the exim_mainlog files (including archives).

    Any suggestions?

    All emails to my personal address (my isp), came through fine - but no email accounts on the server (that otherwise work fine and dandy).

    :/

    I'm stumped... its weird...

    grep modernbill /var/log/exim_* | more

    Does that return anything?

    Nothing came up :/

    Even after I did a Forgot Password request, nothing. I'll try in another 5 minutes and see if I get anything.

    You should contact MB and ask them to investigate.
    If you can't get into the helpdesk then contact them on their forums.
