Email troubles after migration from ensim

Ok, I searched all the forums that I could think of for this fix. Here is the problem. Its all related to email. I had an ensim box. I migrated the domains over using the cpanel transfer tool. When I login to webmail using SquirrelMail I get no mail in the folders. I was using IMAP on the mail box on ensim. I also get this directory structure.

INBOX
INBOX.Drafts
INBOX.Sent
INBOX.Trash
Drafts
Sent
Trash

If I login with webmail to a email box and domain that I never used IMAP on, I get all my messages and this is the directory I get

INBOX
INBOX.Drafts
INBOX.Sent
INBOX.Trash

And lastly, If I login to SquirrelMail on the ensim box to any domain I get my messages and this directory structure

INBOX
Drafts
Sent
Trash

Happyman, the direcory structure you see is created automatically when you use SquirrelMail or Horde. It happens because both of them use IMAP not POP3 to access the mailboxes.
