Emailing Backups

Cpanel is set to do nightly backups, is there any way it can be told to email a copy yo me.. Once a week ???

You'd have to write a script to do that yourself. Bearing in mid that most backups are of the order of GB, sending them via email is an extremely bad idea. All emails have to be sent in text format and the method of encoding binary data in text means that email sizes will usually be at least twice the size of the equivalent binary representation.

You're better off using a protocol and delivery method designed for large files, i.e. FTP or RSYNC.
