emails backup in queue

Hiya

Emails are backing up in the email queue

Its a dedicated dual xeon, 1gig of ram and x2 80gig hard drives running the latest release of whm and cpanel

I am running phplist to send weekly eflyers out to a list of more than 30,000+

Is there something i need to set to stop exim holding all these emails in the mail queue before sending!?

Cant really restart the process as its halfway, so i need a way to get these emails released and sent from the mail queue and so it doesnt happen again

Sounds like the outgoing mail per hour limit is kicking in, under WHM > Tweak Settings i think is the option, change the outgoing limit
