Emails being bounced

I have a new server using Cpanel/WHM and although we've had a few little problems a majority of our clients are getting emails bounced back

Although the doamin the message is being sent to is a good one we've restarted Exim and the problem still persist .

Can anyone help us out on what's going on ?

Are these emails that are sent to domains hosted on the server? If so, check whether the domains are listed in /etc/localdomains. If not, try running:

/scripts/mailperm

Then check /etc/localdomains again.

If that's not the issue, then you need to tail /var/log/exim_mainlog and watch for errors/messages when emails are sent in. If there aren't any, then the emails are probably not reaching the server which would suggest a DNS problem.
