Emergency - Server down

our apache is not restarting. It just started messing up at like 3:40a.m. this morning

Here is the error it gives:

I looked at that file and everything looks ok.

Any ideas?

What would cause the libphp4.so file to disappear?

Do you think we got hacked?

looks like the mysql shared object is deleted - did you uninstall/upgrade mysql?

i don't think we did...however, I think the automatic RPM upgrade might have tried last night....wonder if that was it...
