Enabling/Disabling Subdomains on accounts

Hi. I have a prolem in that I cannot find out where to enable/disable subdomains per account for hosting accounts. We are getting a few people saying that they cannot create subdomains even though thier limit has not been reached This is becoming a very annoying problem.

Any help is appreciated...

loginto whm - click on the *Modify an Account* option - put 0 on Max "SubDomains: " - it will disable subdomains for that account.
put 9999/unlimited on Max "SubDomains: " - it will solve "cannot create subdomains" problem.
