Is it possible to offer more than one shared IP to customers on shared accounts to choose from:

For example he has 3 sites on the same account, and want to put each site on a separate IP, is it possible?

A single cPanel/WHM account can only have a single IP address allocated to it.

If those sites need separate IPs, create different accounts and assign dedicated IP addresses to those different accounts.
