    Default End-user Resource Usage

How about a feature that allows customers to view their cpu/mem/mysql usage on the server? Also displaying if the account resource usage is low/mid/high. Admin should be able to set the values, and temporarily suspend high usage accounts.

This would be a great feature for where the shared hosting industry is headed.

Would also help reduce abusers on the servers, sometimes just one of the users are taking up most of the resources bringing down the server and degrading performance for others hosted on the server.

A asset for cPanel would be to implant this feature as it is very much needed today seeing how bandwidth/space no longer matter that much.
