Ensim Migration Tips and Tricks

I'm new to cPanel and have several hundred Ensim Control panel X accounts to migrate. Does any one have some Ensim migration tips or scripts to share?

I see when I migrate, it brings over the user name "domainownername" and changes it to "domainownername1" I'd like to keep it the same so it is transparent for users. I have to change it completly if the name is over 8 characters, which some of my users are.

I could have cPanel do it, but I'd like to be able to do it on my timeframe and check each one. Are they doing anything other than the migration tool that I'm using?

I know I have some config files on each domain with mysql databases to change, that's no big deal.

What are some tips and tools others have used to migrate?
