We have a client trying to use EntropyBanner. They have all the shtml code proper but it won't display.

- any hints (tried searching the forum but none of the suggestions seem to work)

- Is this script safe / secure?

Yes and there is a copy of entropybanner.cgi in the sites cgi-bin directory.
