A entry - Pointing domain problem

Hi I'm having an issue with pointing domain name.

My client wants me to only host http traffic. in his dnses he had added a entry to my server main IP address.

I've pointed this domain name to his account on my server but for some reason its still showing my server default page.

How i should point this domain properly?

Make sure that he is pointing the 'A' record and the 'www' entry in his dns zone file to your server IP address.
Also, check in your server's httpd.conf , whether a VirtualHost entry is there for this domain and it is configured on the same IP

I think, only one thing that I can affraid of is www entry on his site bit when I put domain name with www it redirect me to my apache default page so I think they have correct zone. I've checked also my httpd.conf and it look fine. I dont konw where is the problem. Any Idea?
